He’s 48 lbs of heart, the kind that seeks only the thrill of your company. Meet Diesel and he’ll stand to place his paws on you tenderly — a caress, Diesel-style, without a hint of boisterousness, then follow quietly at your heels, as loyal as the day is long, and far more constant . Diesel would make a lovely, trustworthy companion for your kids big or small; he’s fine with other dogs, but says “no thanks” to cats. Honey Bear
Honey Bear may appear to be just another cat found stray and brought to the shelter, but this dashing feline is a swashbuckler at heart. He is filled to the brim with roguish charm, capturing the hearts of everyone he meets. Like a pirate, he steals strokes and caresses as he weaves around the legs of visitors and has been known to try and stow away with families in search of his forever home. His coat is patched black and white, the same as the famous Jolly Roger, and though he’s kept silent on how he lost his right eye, we are sure it was quite an adventure. At only 6 months old, this young buccaneer has proven he has a mild side too. He keeps his spaces clean and gets along merrily with other pets. Honey Bear has his gaze on the horizon now, seeking a future full of love and hoping his ship will come in soon.
