Lovely Luna. Looking at you now, it’s hard to remember that you were found in a house abandoned and starving. Your strength of spirit and love knows no bounds. In spite of it all, you are quite the social pup enjoying the company of dogs, adults, and children. And, you are making great strides learning to walk on a leash. Although we don’t know your whole story, something about loud sounds causes you discomfort. We know that whoever adopts you will shower you with the love to help you be the fully confident dog that you are. Lovely, lovely Luna.
Sadie
Don’t be concerned about whether this one-eyed cat can hold her own and live an active, fun-filled life. Sadie can do it all that and more! This spunky young kitty lost one of her eyes from a severe upper respiratory infection. Does she care? Come spend time with her and you’ll quickly learn that the answer is a resounding, “No!” Sadie is good around other cats and an absolute doll baby who is an attention “hog.” A lover of toys and catnip — and who isn’t? — she will follow you everywhere, chirping her little purr to let you know that all is well.
The adoption fees are free for these featured pets through March 19, 2022. Please visit the shelter at 2820 Airport Road, Greenwood, Tuesday through Saturday, 12p to 5p to meet these and other available pets.
