Lander University’s Alpha Tau Omega fraternity held an Easter egg-themed fund raiser on March 21 that raised $250 to benefit the Humane Society of Greenwood. The event was called “eggerATOr” and, for a $1 donation, students and teachers were invited to throw eggs at the ATO fraternity brothers. HSOG staff and adoptable dogs were on hand at Lander for the event. The fraternity plans to hold more fund raising events for the local animal welfare agency.
