February is nationally recognized as “Spay/Neuter Awareness Month.” The purpose is to encourage people to have their pets sterilized before the spring and summer months when there is a rampant overproduction of puppies and kittens. Orientation beings promptly at 9:30a. The classes are at the Greenwood Animal Shelter Adoption Center located at 235 Wilbanks Circle. Our volunteers are vital to our operation each and every day.
